My husband & I stayed here in April for 4 nights with relatives from AZ & VA and it was great. Made reservation for 2 nights in May. Got to the hotel to check in and were told by the desk clerk that they did not have the room we reserved & the Manager had moved us to 2 rooms, each with one bed! And the rooms were not adjoining! Told her we wanted the room that we reserved and asked her to call a manager. Basically we were told take it or leave it! There was a large group of baseball players in the lobby and I asked if they were in 1 bed rooms. basically said it was not my business and they had reservations! DAH! So did we. We will never recommend that hotel again nor will we stay there again! Still fighting to get our money back. The manager said she wld refund if we didn’t stay….well, we did not stay!
