No one to assist during evening. Had to wait over 30mins to check in since there was no one to be found at the desk

Was disappointed, we stayed there for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once. We were told the second day it would be cleaned and all they did was bring new towels, they didn't even fill the body wash dispenser so we had no soap for showers. They did not take the trash out, make beds, nothing. There was no hot water for a shower one of the days which was horrible after walking all day at Disney. Only positive was distance to Disney and price.

It was a clean and spacious room. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
