Clean and friendly. Good place for grabbing sleep before an early flight out of Heathrow terminal 5. Had a fire alarm go off (it was New Year’s Eve so you can guess why it went off) but staff did a great job following procedures and clearing us to quickly get back to our rooms. Only complaint is while there are USB outlets near the beds, the only outlets were across the room which is a problem for those of us who sleep with CPAP machines.

Arriving very late after delays and hours of travelling it would have been nice to be greeted by a friendly person rather than the sarcastic receptionist that we met! A polite question about where to park was greeted with a very surly sarcastic remark totally unneccessary! Room was fine but the bathroom was not great - there appeared to be a blood smear on the door and the toilet seat was loose and moved around. Bath/shower leaked all over the floor !
