My earrings accidentally fell into the sink. The staff was able to respond quickly and after taking apart the trap, my earrings were retrieved. Great service!!

Ok but smaller than the one I stayed in last year and cost more.

There were crumb on the floor in my room by the kitchen area. One of the bath towels looked dirty and there was hair in the shower. Also the hot tub was shut down and that had not been communicated at time of reservation or check in.
