Noisy too much knocking on doors at all times

To start off their was a shooting 2 rooms down from us, 2 people were shot and we were unable to leave all night while they did their investigation. The room was absolutely disgusting, the vent in the bathroom was covered in black mold and who knows what else, it didnt even work but thats probably a good thing because its a hazard to your health. We didnt have hot water during our stay for 3 days and nothing was done about it. Some homeless tweaker they cheap pay under the table to stay their kept telling us to let the water run which didnt work so we were unable to bathe at all. Their was a rap concert going on next door, some tenant has their stereo set up and was bumping music all hours day and night with no concern for others and hotel staff didnt do anything to stop it. The flooring has soft spots from dry rot. Several other rooms had been demoed with big piles of trash and debris laying in front of the rooms. A rat woke us up chewing its way in to the room through a hole where the plumbing near the toilet is. We actually had to fight it off so it wouldnt get inside completely. Everything about this place is disgusting and has to be illegal and a health hazard. This place should be shut down. Guaranteed most of the crime in this area comes from this hotel. Its a slumlord hotel and completely unrealistic how this place hasnt been shut down. The pictures online for this place do not even come close to what this place actually looks like. NOT SAFE DONT STAY HERE

Apparently they may accept vouchers for the homeless which on Christmas Eve turned into an amazing circus. I would think other than holidays it might be okay. Maybe?
