We told the front desk that we need room cleaning. No one came for cleaning. We also told the front desk before we left in the morning that we had no cleaned towels, shampoo and soap. We had no clean towels when we came back late evening.

Room was dirty and to many Moth We had also problems with our payment because we paid on hotels.com and they charged again my stay in my credit card
