Helpful friendly staff. I checked in early, and the clerk waived my $25 check in fee. The place was under renovation - it looked closed when I first arrived due to construction and painting. Very old, and worn. The floor in my room was very curvy. The workout room was packed full of supplies and was unusable. The complimentary breakfast was pre-packaged muffins, and granola bars with coffee. Nothing else.

Too much deferred maintenance but the price reflected the condition. It looks like they working to updated the hotel.
