The elevator broke down on 3 days for a few hours, My keys stopped working every 24 hours, so I had to go down from the 3rd floor to have them reactivated.

The staff is very friendly. The temperature of indoor pool was very cold since they didn't offer warm water. My grand kids were very disappointed. Some areas were not very clean inside the room. I think they should change the carpet. It's very old.

All the downstairs carpeting was torn up and we weren’t notified in advance. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Didn’t have the breakfast because of the torn up carpeting.
