I did not get hot water for the shower. I mentioned this to the front in the evening. The front said the message would be given to the front desk in the morning. But the front in the morning said the message has not left. Finally the front changed a room for me. The new room provided me warm water, but it was very weak flow.

My visit there was awful. There is no way that I would ever refer this place to anybody actually if I could get a refund I’d be really happy. We did not have a refrigerator that said we’d have a refrigerator. He made his weight a day and then go down and ask somebody else to get it for us. The night was awful. He wouldn’t do anything to help us in any kind of way. I posted pictures below about this beautiful continental breakfast we were gonna get I not attractive at all. The people were rude. Very very rude and their website pictures are deceiving we their Wi-Fi did not work. The code they gave us did not work no hot water. I’m very disappointed so if there’s any way that they’ll accommodate a little bit of the money that was spent on this room that was unnecessary for what we got

At best it was a roof over my head while in town for a concert. I didn't spend much time in the room but the bed was comfortable. There was no hot water to take a shower before leaving for a long drive home the next morning.
