Checked in for a weekend to give my mom a Mother’s Day get staycation. When we first arrived the front desk lady Vanessa told us we could not check in because they “don’t accept local check ins” which was absolutely nowhere located in any policies or requirements online! We gave her an out of town address and she “updated it” and let us check in. Whirlpool was broken which was the main reason we choose the location. Microwave was broken the entire weekend and never received helped for a new one. When I went back down to ask for a print out of the policies stating locals were not allowed to check in she said they didn’t have one and are allowed to go off their personal discretion basically if they wanna allow a person to check into the hotel room, discrimination in my opinion. The place was very cleanly however, we made the best of our stay and had a great weekend the pool is heated so it was nice since the Jacuzzi was broken.

Excellent stay. Front desk was efficient and helpful. The breakfast area was large with a lot of seating. Easy parking.

The room was great! Comfy bed and pillows! Clean!
