I went to the clerk to be checked in. She gave me the cards and when I went to my room, she had given me a handicap room. I went back to get my room changed and she said they didn’t have any more regular rooms. She said they must’ve gave someone else your room. After one hour of waiting, she found another room that wasn’t handicap. When we finally got inside the room, the carpet was raveled and look like it was 20 years old. I used the bathroom and the toilet would not flush. Finally got to lay down, and the bed was hard as a brick. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone !!!
