After a lot of pushback and rudeness, the manager comped me 1 night stay after giving away my room that i imitially paid for. They put me in room in the back corner, no sunlight and next to the supply room. both mornings, I woke up at 5:30am-6am constant slamming doors, conversations right in front of window and door and stomping and yelling. The front desk woman was incredibly rude and did not want to take accountability for giving not only my room away as well as my cousin’s. Not worth the headache.
