Staff very efficient, professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway possible. Highly recommend the Anchoage.

Room was lovely - but kitchen staff below it were super noisy - lots of shouting. Feels under (experienced) staffed and unwelcoming.

The bedroom was very very dark. I did mention it to the gentleman but he seemed uninterested by my comments. The tea/coffee tray was inside the wardrobe on a shelf. It was so dark in the room I had to use the light on my phone to get items. That's despite there being 3 small lamps scattered about and a floor lamp. There wasn't a main ceiling light. May be a light to come on as you open the wardrobe door. It's a very very small room and there are 3 chairs and a table in it. Not necessary. There was a good book of how to... and tips for the local area. The nesspresso machine was nice and there was a lovely Roberts radio so some luxurious items. The bathroom was beautiful Stylish and bright. However there was not a bath so we had to use a hand towel. Nice toiletries and a wonderful shower.
