The check in experience was pretty rough- they require a significant security deposit on top of your room rate and they do not have staff, so when they didn't send me my check in info, i was trapped on the street for half an hour while i tried to get that sorted out. The other downside is that the warmest you can keep the room is 66 degrees, so basically be okay with that or bring sweaters.
