They gave me a room with a broken window taped in place. Absolutely awful. Staff was somewhat rude when I arrived as well

The entire property should be condemned. It is literally separated from the highway, by a fence. The room I was given had a broken window with glass shards still in window frame, a plywood board was screwed to the outside. I did not feel safe at all and fortunately was given a refund.
