The room was spacious and clean. I was comfortable and felt safe. The availability of lockers to store my luggage was beneficial. The location near the train station and places to eat was great. I would stay again.

In a great location. Close to union station and the riverwalk. Went alone and felt very safe. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

The room was awesome in every way, like a really nice extended stay place. The automated process with emails and door codes, etc. worked very well. But I did also appreciate having a staff person on site. Without a watchful eye, I could easily picture people taking advantage, i.e., lots of people in a room, parties, etc.. We did hear people having a good loud time in a nearby room, but they quieted down after a while, and we had a great night.
