You get a 1 because the system will not allow me to give you a zero for customer service. Do not stay here at this motel 6 unless you want very poor service treatment from the staff. I asked to speak to the manager or the owner and the receptionist asked what the problem was-he laughed at me. And he said you cannot speak to the manager or the owner, you can only speak to me. I have had five problems thus far staying at this motel 6. The first problem I encountered was the second morning after checking in. I went to dispose of trash in the lobby and the receptionist followed me yelling that I could not put that trash in the lobby, it must be put in the dumpster out back. As I was throwing the trash away, the male housekeeper kept sweeping all the debris from the floor onto my dogs and he left an open container of detergent in the lobby hallway. My dog started to drink out of it while passing by to get to our room. As I was getting ready to do my laundry, another long term tenet told me the dryer shorts out and they will do nothing to fix it, because its a third party business who owns and operates the washer/dryer. Yet this motel 6 states on their website that they have an operable washer/dryer onsite. I asked for an extra plastic ice bucket from the housekeeper today and was treated like a criminal, During the night, at 1:30 am, it was so loud that I woke up and went to the front desk to complain after walking my dogs. Security did take care of that problem.
