On arrival we had to go down 3 times for the key card to work. once in the room there was nl towels so another trip back to reception. We got 4 hand towels as there was no other available .Room was ok shower was poor and had silver fish in bathroom Room very basic compared to pictures Staff all lovely including the lovely egyptian gentleman who took us to the train for the airport amazing member of staff going the extra mile 😀

Very large family room. Excellent with parking option in basement. The breakfast area was small and we were not expecting to stand in line for 20 minutes to wait for a table. Not too much to choose from at breakfast, a bit basic but the staff where very service minded. Perfect location with the U-bam across the road.

They had checked us in, before we arrived, and given away our paid-for room to somebody else! no room! at 9pm on a friday, with two small kids! The young man at the reception fumbled about and could not have cared less, that we had no place to sleep. We spent almost two hours waiting.. For nothing! While waiting, we saw many other guests comming to the reception, because they could not make their roomcards work.. And even saw/heard the reception give away main/all-access keycards, meant for housekeeping, to regular guests, who could not access their rooms! Very unwelcoming, unsafe atmosphere and unfriendly staff.. Would NOT recommend!
