Two days before arrival, the guest receives a voyager link for the registration of all Id Cards / Passports and then, after entering all the credit card details (the tourist tax will be charged on this card), the guest will receive a personal code to collect the key of the booked apartment. Our Property uses an automatic system, which does not require any contact in person with the guest. Following all the steps in the Voyager link, is the only way to get the personal code to enter the apartment.
