THEY HAVE ROACHES! The kind you get from being unsanitary. It crawled across my face when I went to relax. I left immediately after. Do not book here unless you don’t mind sleeping with critters.

Ok. I booked this with Hotels.com. I never was able to check in. I bought this reservation using the websites " what you see is what you pay" feature. As is noted: ALL FEES AND TAXES INCLUDED!!! I get to the hotel and was informed of a 3-figure deposi: due at check-in! I was apoplectic. I explained where I booked, what the site/booking said, I even pulled up the hotel's OWN website .. None of which showed ANYTHING about a deposit. I didn't have the fee and tbh idk if I would have paid it based on the situation. It was also raining cats and dogs. I was drenched to the bone, including my belongings. And, I lost my license somewhere along the way. The manager wouldn't budge and I was forced to find lodging on the streets. I called the next day to hotels.com, they did their due diligence by calling the property to verify my claims. The property did so and had the temerity to refuse the refund. I kindly let hotels.com who was less than diligent in getting my refund that : 1. I booked with THEM and they were financially responsible. 2. That the entire situation was against California's SB-478; which makes it illegal for property owners booking sites etc to have hidden fees or undisclosed fees that all fees must be included at the time of booking. Hotels.com steel drug their feet when it came time to issue me my refund I had to go through you-know-what and high-water but through it I went. I was disappointed w/ Motel 6 and hotels.com agents and corporate. Disrespected on the whole.
