Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I found the proximity to BART and a few AC bus stops very helpful for getting around during my visit.

Staff are wonderful. Water pressure is so bad it took 4-5 minutes for my water to get warm. ADA hand held shower has no post to position in a way that people can wash hair with both hands. No daily cleaning of the room. Garbage gets piled up.
