Set on the seafront on the Gulf of Arzachena, Centro Vacanze Isuledda overlooks the Maddalena Archipelago National Park. The location is wonderful and unique. The sea seems the caribbean. Unluckily the management of the place is anachronistic. You pay a hotel price for a super basic service. Services are very poor and you pay everything extra. Wifi is extra, Air conditioning is extra and also didn't work properly. TV wasn't working and we asked four times to fix it but nobody came. You need to pay 70 euro for final cleaning! Umbrella and sunbeds on the beach not only are extra but are super expensive (35 euro for a 5th row from the sea). Food from the bar and the restaurant is terrible: everything is frozen and nothing is really cooked there. Even the olive oil on the table is of super low quality. No air conditioning in the restaurant or bar. Entertainement is average: kids are kept in the arena which is super hot. The staff should have offered some water games and better option in hot days. The diving center rents masks at 30 euro per day, but you can buy one at 20 euro max at the mini market. The worst part of all of this is that they price their mobile homes as if they were hotel rooms. I think it's a great place if you have a tent or a camper. Also the sailing school for teen seemed fun. Staff on location is nice and kind.
