Had no breakfast & yes heating was working well & staff were very helpful esp. Maida & Clara.

Very friendly staff, rooms are clean. Only issue we had was that the towels smelt a little funny.

We had a classic room without breakfast. The room is a little bit small for several nights, but you are in Paris, so it is fine. The room got cleaned everyday, it was perfect. The area around is very safe and the metros are few minutes walk. It is a perfect location to explore Paris. The staff is very kind.
