I have stayed here on three occassions and it is perfect for my needs.this was my best stay . Staff are friendly. Room was lovely. Only downside was the batteries on remote were dead and there is no-one on reception at night.

It was bitterly cold… And I was delayed by wintry weather in Manchester Airport and arrived much later than expected… The hotel staff responded by email to my email telling them that I would be late… And had prepared my room with an oil filled radiator pumping away at 24 C when I arrived….wonderful service …for which many thanks to the courteous and considerate staff.

Fantastic stay. The room was as expected for a three star hotel, but the staff are incredibly generous and kind. After our train leaving was cancelled due to a strike, they allowed us to come back and store our bags and offered us the room to use, as it had not been cleaned yet. Very comforting to have people like this as our hosts.
