This was a second stay for me at this Best Western in Sedalia, MO. It is an older facility, but they work hard to keep everything in good condition and working order. The folks are always nice, and it is one of the better breakfasts around.

Staff opened our locked door two times in the morning while my daughter and I were getting ready. Fortunately we were dressed and fortunately we had the door chain secured, so they couldn’t open the door all the way. The first time it happened I yelled out, “We’re still here!” You would think they would get the message, but about 10 minutes later it happened again. I opened the door and there was a cleaning lady in the hallway close to our door who wouldn’t look at me or apologize. Checkout time is 11 am, and this happened around 10 am. Very annoying!
