The Bayer-City Hotel is extremely conveniently situations within 3 minutes walk for the Hauptbhanhof (Central Station) from which you can reach the airport, conference centre, museums and virtually any part of Munich by the Underground U trains or S trains or trams and busses (the integrated public transport system in Munich is brilliant easy and inexpensive). The rooms are clean, comfortable, the shower was good but needed a higher clip, so you did not have to hand hold it. The hotel has no restaurant but there are nearby places you can buy breakfast (for example, Central Station is packed with breakfast options). It is situated in a nightclub area which means on one side it is lively and there are loads of eating options of all sorts of types and prices. On the other hand it can be a bit noisy at night (this did not bother me, but I am a good sleeper). It is competitively priced. The internet was good - fast and free. I would have liked to have instructions in English for using the TV. All in all, very good value and super-conveniently located.

Room clean, reception staff friendly, hotel is situated near to lots of shops, bars, eateries and is about a 7 minute walk from the Central Train Station.. Only issue we had was the noise, i.e. street cleaners start early and on a couple of nights emergency service sirens spoilt our sleep..
