I had a suite and the room itself was decent. I was extremely disappointed with the hospitality at the hotel. I was in town 4 nights for a conference and the staff NEVER came to do clean up or even take out the trash. I would see staff on the floor making rounds and would come back to a full trash can and the bed unmade. I had to sit the trash can in the hallway and ask for more towels on my way out one day. They replaced the towels, took the trash can, and STILL did not clean up. When I told the front desk attendamt, they gave me a very dry and uninterested response, not even offering an apology. I'm a Marriott rewards member and have never had this kind of experience at one of the properties. For almost $200 a night, to not receive the bare mimimum is umacceptable and I would not recommend staying at this property.

Great service and clean room. Toilet lid busted and shampoo holder off the wall. Otherwise room excellent.

Room was fine but the coffee machine was not clean , had to go the front office for getting fresh coffee where i was told the starbucks machine was broke
