It was good for the two days

Checked in at 3p. The room was dirty upon arrival. There was hair in the tub, on the bathroom floor, and on the counters. The dishes were dirty and had coffee stains. The bed sank in, moved around, and squeaked. I thought we would be sleeping on the floor for sure. I called the front desk for assistance and was hung up on 3 times. The heavier guy who was working the front desk was not the nicest or most helpful to say the least. Once my stay was complete, I left and checked in down the street. I will not be using this location again.

clean comfortable and extremely friendly staff. I travel to Jackson several times a year so this will definitely be where I will stay
