We got there and the a/c was not working. We went downstairs to let the front desk know and they changed us to a different room. Don't try calling the front desk, they never answer.

The towels were not soft at all, felt like sandpaper, need to use some sort of fabric softner or better grade of towels...the shower stall was very slick fell the first time using had to place a towel down to stand on to keep from slipping all over shower....the second night had to call front desk because they were letting some company power wash their trailers and trucks...this went on till 9:30 pm.....the next morning noticed they had washed blue dye off the vehicles which was all over the ground in puddles and all in front of my vehicle....i notified front desk, she notified the general manager with video from their cameras....I will not be staying at this property on my future trips to New Braunfels.....
