Staff were very friendly, and organising transport to/from Universal was easy and efficient. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast could be improved - very little for those with medical dietary requirements despite signs.

Having a shuttle bus to pick you up and take you to the three Universal studios and back was terrific. We learned to plan our day around when the bus scheduled. The ride back to the hotel was a welcome reprieve after spending the entire day on your feet. Breakfast was hit or miss. Some days it was good others it left much to be desired. Adding a fruit salad and cottage cheese could have improved breakfast.
