The staff was extremely friendly and helpful the only issue we had for the stay was stains on the bedding (thank goodness we brought our own) and the pool closes at 9pm 😔

only stayed for a quick night stay but it was still clean and comfy, I loved that the shower had FULL SIZE shampoo and conditioner bottles rather than those tiny one use sized kind. The breakfast was prob the best hotel breakfast i've ever had as far as freshness and quality and cleanliness. I will remember to stay at more of these chains in the future !!

Nothing like pictures on hotels.com Very dated inside, carpet was dirty, air-conditioning wouldn’t cool down the room, display panel missing off the wall, smoke detector wrapped in plastic bag and a peep-hole on the door had toilet paper stuck over it. To top it all, our bedroom that was on third floor was infested with ants (found a bunch of them in the morning in my tea bottle), and they were crawling EVERYWHERE! The floor towel in the bathroom had black stains all over it. As we were getting in our room there was a guy sprawled out in the hallway with a drug pipe next to him. When we reported the issues, the front desk receptionist just said he’ll let the maintenance know. Just plain nasty - hard pass on this one, keep scrolling! As stated at the beginning - NOTHING like the photos we saw
