Room was only cleaned twice for our 5 night stay and the first time it was only cleaned halfway (one of the 2 beds made, not vacuumed). 3 of the nights were nice and quiet, but 2 of them were very loud with music blasting until 3:30am and lots of swearing/arguing. Our room also smelled strongly of weed a few times, which is not ideal when traveling with young kids. Great location, friendly staff but not the best hotel for kids.

The Suite Room was very noisy since it faced the street (The PCH) very busy street at night and loud. There was No hair dryer. The phone doesn't work. The floors needed to be mopped from the grime. The Jacuzzi faucet was at the very back and difficult to reach without falling into the tub. The shower was nice. Pillows were old and very thin. Parking was great. No coffee machine in room. I liked the private toilet room. Cleaning service and Staff were very nice.
