Bed Bugs!! My kids and I checked in, and shortly after my son woke me up saying he saw a bug. It was a bed bug. When we lifted the mattress, there were many more, so we left immediately and even abandoned some of our belongings. I went to the front desk, but the lights were off and no one was there. I pressed the emergency help button, which was out of service, and called the listed number with no answer. Thankfully, Hotels.com support was excellent. They tried contacting the property with no success and quickly issued a refund. We should have checked reviews beforehand, but didn’t. Please use caution before staying here.

The room was clean, but VERY dated. Bed was a bit lumpy. Air conditioning worked great. Breakfast room was VERY tiny & not much to it.... yogurt, toast, oatmeal, muffins that all tasted like blueberry because they were all in the same container, apples & oranges & biscuits with canned sausage gravy (no actual sausage IN the gravy). I guess it was better than nothing, but no protein & very carb heavy. It was convenient to everything & cheap, but we will stay somewhere else the next time we go to Branson.
