When we get there, they tell us our room is not clean, the lady says I will go clean your room. An hour later we are taking to a room by her that she did not clean she said oh, they didn’t even clean it with there were no toilet paper, no towels, and the bed was being held up by a brick instead of a working leg on the bed, there were no pillowcases it was absolutely terrible

Didn't like the room it was unacceptable. The front desk receptionist was very odd.
