I stayed here for one night and barely managed an hour’s sleep. The room I was given was directly above a boiler that kicked in every few minutes throughout the night, making it impossible to rest properly. The most disappointing part was the lack of customer service afterwards. In the morning, I raised the issue with a member of staff who told me the manager would call me back, but that never happened. Very frustrating experience overall and not somewhere I would choose to stay again.

Only stayed one night, the beds are very tried and stain, the dressing table stool was not safe and the window did not lock. Bathroom was clean as was the bedding. Good location for visitors.
