We booked this hotel more than six months in advance and specifically requested a handicap-accessible room due to my sister being in a wheelchair. When we arrived in the evening, we were told no handicap rooms were available because they had not been cleaned—and there was no staff on site to prepare one. As a result, we were placed in a standard room that did not meet our needs. Because of this, my sister was unable to shower. There was no safe way to get her into the shower and no proper seating or accessibility features. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was a basic need that the hotel failed to accommodate. When we spoke with management the next morning, the response was simply that the situation was “unacceptable” and that they should have had someone available to clean the room. There was no meaningful resolution, follow-up, or effort to make things right, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the airport is much closer than expected. The noise and frequency of planes were significant—you can practically feel them as they pass. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of preparation and concern for guests requiring accessibility accommodations. We would not stay here again and would caution others—especially those needing handicap-accessible rooms—to confirm arrangements very carefully before booking.

The room was clean, air condition does go below 68 so it gets hot at night. My keycard kept deactivating so I had to keep going down to get new cards. The restaurant is airport expensive and not real cooked food. Positives, it was easy to check in and check out. It is very close to the airport. The staff was polite, the bed was comfortable, I love the mirror for makeup in the bathroom.
