The third floor smells like urine, broken light on bed ,when there where pubes on the shampoo bottles I requested someone clean it or a new room - I was told no one was working but them so they can’t come clean it - so got a new room fifth floor - smelled a lot better - trundle bed mattress was dirty and socks under bed couch - if air was set to 72 a musty smell was as in the room but still better then the 3rd floor smells - went to use the pool and water was all mucky and smelled like dead fish so could not use that at all - I did not get to experience some of the good part that other may have because after the overnight staff member was rude I didn’t bother asking anyone else what the heck was up with the pool and the smell and the musty air
