Very nice apartment in a great location relative to metro, shops, and restaurants. Lilane is a great manager who did a great job checking us in. The apartment has great towels and comfortable climate control (hot or cold). However, it suffers from a severe lack of counterspace (bathrooms) and storage space (bedrooms). Also, for clarity, while there are two bathrooms in that there are two shower areas each with their own sink, there is only one toilet albeit in a third area separate from the showers.

Pros: Good location (close to tons of food/shopping etc), clean, friendly staff, good amenities (microwave/fridge/dishwasher), plenty of room, easy self check-in and check-out. Cons: extremely firm & uncomfortable bed and sofa, the walls and ceilings are SO thin (we could hear every step and movement from upstairs and next door), no fans or air movement (tho a/c and heating are available), barely any storage space in the bathroom, no elevator (there’s a staircase with no lights at night leading up to the room that was kinda dangerous).

There was plenty of shops, grocery dining and a wonder fresh fruit store close by. It was right next to the subway station and very easy wanting distance to all the sides, 20 to 30 minutes downhill. One of the air conditioners had a little water leaking and they were able to help us figure it out within a few minutes with no issues. The responding two questions and issues was within 5 minutes and they did a wonderful job of answering all of our questions in English the Wi-Fi was really fast, the TV was a little bit hard to figure out once we did it worked great. It had a washing machine with the dryer did not dry her clothes I'm not sure if we did not know how to use it for the French ornot working all the time.
