Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were helpful. There was someone at the front desk even late at night to help.

Everything is brand new so the wear and tear is minimal. However, I checked in and started unpacking and realized I had slept in sheets and a sink full of beard. I decided I’d ask for fresh bedding and a vacuum bc dried mud from boots was everywhere but I wanted to stay so I was gonna do it. (I felt so bad) she was beyond kind and a new room was the only option. Relief was short bc the room needed wiped down pee on the floor around toilet toothpaste on sink but the main problem was the floors no one is vacuuming them. I say that with complete certainty never been done. It was disgusting I made my 12 year old keep her shoes on and not get under blankets until she wiped her feel it she took them off. I didn’t complain I used my wipes to clean hard surfaces and bathroom I was able to mop the floors. Good ol hands and knees. The housekeepers need trained for sure. I think it’s just simply lack of know how. But everything else was 10/10 that dirty room would not prevent me from staying again. I officially have a vacuum to keep in my car now so… there’s that!
