There is a moldy smell that hits you when you walk in . Our room 216 had a very bad odor . The paint was peeling around the window and the furniture was very tired . The windows very dirty . The whole place needs a major refresh to get rid of the smell . The ceiling outside of the front door was very dirty and full of cobwebs . The staff was very nice .

Pets not allowed. 2nd floor room had a horrible smell that I thought smelled like mold, mildew and chemicals. It gave me a headache and irritated my eyes. They did let me have another room on the 3rd floor that was much better. But overall the hotel looks rundown with peeling wallpaper and many little things that just weren’t fixed properly. So-called breakfast was skimpy and only ultra processed garbage, no eggs or any real food.

We froze. Arrive about 8:30ish. The heat was not turned on in the room, prior to areival, which is fine. However, after TWO HOURS of the heat set to gull blast, as high as the max aettings would go....we were still freezing. And we were wearing layers from our ski clothes. Heated vests. Hand warmers. Went to the fron desk, and we got an extra blanket. Amd were told it was because we had a large room, it takes a long time. We even filled the jacuzzi with just hot water twice to try ro heat the room. We left the heat on high all night, and when we got up at 10am, the room was still freezing. Will not return, a cold room is not okay. Especially during a snow storm, and there were no other cars larked in the larking lot that night. The curtains in our room were also shredded, and i took a picture just in case they try to charge me.
