Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 22:00.Pets are not allowed.The cabins are self-catered. The property has self-check In & self-check out. The owner is not available from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, but lives close by and is home in the evenings and can check on guests.There is no cell reception in the Wells Gray Park area, guests will loose service after Clearwater.There are no amenities within Wells Gray Park, guests are asked to fill their car up with fuel and purchase the food to cook in the town of Clearwater.There is a flattop grill for outdoor cooking, the proeprty supplies the propane/fuel and oil to cook.There is satellite Wi-Fi.Check-In:When guests arrive on site they will see a building with an 'Office' sign on it. Outside of this building is a list of check-in's and the cabin they are assigned to as well as instruction on how to get into guests' cabin. There is a welcome letter inside the cabin with the owner's phone number, email, check-out details and other basic information.

Guests are then asked to use the phone in their cottage to advise the host of their arrival. The host will then come to greet guests.
