I reserved my room weeks in advance for my daughter's college graduation at NC State and when I arrived, I was told they had overbooked and I did not get my double queen that I requested. I was told that I would receive a fold away bed, but I never received it. I was given credit to use at the beverage center near the desk. I, also, had an issue with the toilet that was never addressed. I just think that for the amount of money my family spent for one evening, things could have been a little more accommodating.

There is a night club next door to the hotel that blasts music until 2am Friday and Saturday. Then from 2-3am cars will speed race. Sunday until 8pm. The room we stayed in vibrated to the beat. My friend did call the front desk and the police to make a report. We definitely think the amount we paid to stay, was not worth the lack of sleep due to a night club. The location was good and the room was nice otherwise. Unfortunately the rooftop lounge was not open on Sunday, so we missed out on that.

Rooms were huge, nice little kitchen, staff was helpful and nice, breakfast was a bit bland though.
