Room was clean and enough space for 4 guest.

The refrigerator water filter was not changed and needed to be as clean water is essential for the 100 degree weather in Phoenix. The couch in the living room was dirty so we were unable to utilize that space. Everything else was good. We bought bottled water

I really enjoyed the 24 hour Gym the most. Yes , Clean room and nice facility as well. It was a great alternative to my usual, Big Box Hotel room
