Welcome to the Victoria Waterfalls Hotel, your perfect home away from home. Located in the heart of Victoria, this condo offers a prime location with a wrap-around balcony where you can enjoy stunning city, ocean, and mountain views. Step outside and you’ll find restaurants, bars, attractions, and sights all within walking distance, making it easy to maximize your holiday.
The space
Located in the heart of Canada’s Garden City, you’re only minutes from the BC Legislature, Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum, and many more attractions.
This fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the 14th floor overlooks the Empress Hotel, offering breathtaking views of the city, ocean, and mountains. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a convertible Murphy bed comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.
Guests have full access to the outdoor pool and hot tub, gym, and a lovely private garden.
We take cleaning and safety seriously. Our team follows strict COVID-19 protocols, including:
● Wearing masks and gloves during cleaning
● Extra sanitization of high-touch surfaces such as door knobs and remotes
● Temperature checks for cleaners prior to each cleaning
Other things to note
House Rules:
● Guest Registration: All guests must complete an online registration form prior to check-in, per the Hotel Guest Registration Act.
● Parking: Park only in your designated spot. Vehicles in the wrong spot may be towed at the owner’s expense.
● No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning incense anywhere in the unit or on the balcony. Violations incur a $400 cleaning fee.
● No Parties: Only registered guests may stay on the property. Guests may not invite additional people without written permission.
● Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Excessive noise is not permitted.
● Building Security: Do not allow unknown individuals to follow you into the building or parking garage. Only people with a key fob may enter.
● Be Tidy: Dispose of trash in designated containers; keep lobbies, hallways, and elevators clean.
● Respect Others: Do not disturb residents or other guests. Aggressive behavior or foul language is prohibited.
● Building Rules: All Strata bylaws, pool rules, and building policies must be followed. Violations may result in a $200 fine or eviction.
● You Are a Guest: Guests are not tenants. Furniture, bicycles, or other large items may not be moved in or out. Staff may enter for cleaning, inspection, or repairs.
● No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
● Only registered guests are permitted in the condo.
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the property and fines.
