No bathroom lights... The TV didn't work... The refrigerator was disgusting... The bed was broken.. no trashcan... No towels .. floors had dirt stuck on them and the noise from neighbors was ongoing all night

Great accommodating staff super friendly. Room was not so great took an hr of running water before it was warm enough to shower. And the room was not properly cleaned .... Rag in the shower hair on sink and spills on floor

The property has false advertising , there was no area for the food to be heated , the a/c didn't work the mirror was broken, and the staff was unprofessional and I asked for my money back and I didn't stay at this hotel had found another and I requested a refund and I was told to reach out to Expedia
