Lovely small boutique hotel just outside of the busy tourist area. Pristine and peaceful - best nights sleep I’ve had in years. Beautiful rooftop patio, 2 pools and 3 blocks from the seafront if you like a morning run before an indulgent morning breakfast. Exceptional staff and customer service. Would go to Palermo again just to stay there again.

Our stay at this hotel in Palermo was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine kindness that immediately made us feel at home. The whole atmosphere is filled with care, attention, and a sincere desire to make every guest feel comfortable. The staff deserve the highest praise. Everyone we met was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. It was clear that they were doing their very best to make our stay not only comfortable but truly enjoyable. Their hospitality goes beyond expectations — you can really feel that they care about your experience. What impressed us most was the level of attention to detail. The team is always ready to help, often even before you ask. It creates such a pleasant environment that you quickly forget about any small imperfections. The genuine care and thoughtfulness of the staff easily outweigh even the tiniest shortcomings. I believe this hotel would satisfy even very demanding guests. The level of service, kindness, and attentiveness here is exceptional. Our time here was wonderful and left us with beautiful memories of Palermo. I would happily return and warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
