This Group retreat consists of 20 rooms and washrooms, on an entire floor, in a hotel. Situated on Niagara Gorge. We are in Canada.

The Retreat floor is located on the ground level. There are 20 rooms, with 2 double queen beds in each, sleeping from 1 to 4 people in each. This floor has a shared hallway that leads to the breakfast area, meeting area, and pool.

All 20 guest rooms are almost identical in design and amenities - each with a private bathroom, kitchen, 2 queen beds, TV and fridge, the images shown represents all rooms.

The meeting area - about 2000 sqft - can be reserved ahead of time for the group, its hours are from noon onwards till close at 10 pm. maximum time of 4 hours can be reserved for any one day, an additional deposit is required for reservation.

The pool can also be reserved for the group, but its hours are late, after 9 pm till midnight.
Before 9 pm, the pool is shared with other guests.

As a policy, we do require a 1000 security deposit on check in.

Guests access the building through hotel front desk. They have access to all common areas including breakfast area, lobby, and the indoor pool.

15 minutes walk to downtown Niagara Falls and the University of Niagara Falls Canada. GO station, VIA Rail, Bus terminal all located there.

Bus station located on hotel site as well.

Hotel staff may knock on door to enter unit for cleaning, maintenance, and emergency reasons.
