The entry area/lobby was dirty and not well maintained. Front desk staff were not warm. I was pleasantly surprised at how large and nice the rooms were. Great location and value.

Elevator broke twice. We were on the 14th floor. Second time was on the way to the airport with all our luggage Stairways not up to code to go down. Dark no lights almost fell multiple times. Boxes, chairs fire hoses blocking any safe way down. The staff was not accommodating at all. We had a time of month accident and asked multiole times for clean linens even offering to change them ourselves. They wouldnt even hear it, literally told us. We have none. Absolutely would never stay here EVER again!

On the first night, we discovered a large cockroach in our room. Additionally, we found hair clips that appeared to belong to a previous guest, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room, particularly whether the floors had been properly vacuumed. Throughout our entire stay, our room has not been serviced a single time. We have not received fresh towels, nor has the bed been made. At one point, we ran out of toilet paper and contacted the front desk. Although we were told it would be brought to our room, it never arrived. After waiting an hour, my husband had to go down to the front desk again to request it. During this interaction, the staff member responded unprofessionally, rolling her eyes and walking away, leaving another employee to assist him. In addition, calls to the front desk often go unanswered, there has only been one functioning elevator, and our toilet has been running continuously both day and night since our arrival. This experience has been extremely disappointing and does not meet even basic hospitality standards. As frequent travelers, we can confidently say this has been one of the worst hotel experiences we have encountered. Despite bringing these concerns to staff members, we have received little acknowledgment and no meaningful resolution. There is no manager onsite and I did send an email to the manager and no response. Worst place to stay!!!
