All units are private with no shared interior living spaces. Second and Third Floor condos are accessed via stairs from the main entrance. There is no elevator. There are no interior stairs inside any unit. Each condo features open-concept living, exposed brick, bright layouts, and thoughtfully curated furnishings designed for gathering and entertaining.

The Quarter’s restaurants and bars are world-renowned, and the CBD itself is home to many of NOLA’s acclaimed eateries. Begin your tour with a ride on the famous Canal Street trolley, or take a stroll to Jackson Square, one of the city’s best-loved hotspots. Caesars Casino is 2 blocks away.



Getting Around:

The French Quarter is less than a 5 minute walk away, and biking is another convenient option, with plenty of rental shops throughout the city. New Orleans is a small, which makes using Uber or Lyft easy and affordable. Retail hub Magazine Street is also just a short cab ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.

-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
