MAUI KA'ANAPALI VILLAS IS THE "BEST PLACE TO BE" WHEN VISITING WEST MAUI. LOCATED ON NORTH KA'ANAPALI BEACH, THIS IS THE PERFECT BEACHFRONT CONDO FOR YOUR MAUI ESCAPE!

January 2024: Please note that due to a recent incident on property, the a/c system will be non- operational for a few months. Projected repair completion date is mid-April. Luckily, it's the winter season with cooler temps and it's not a necessity for most guests with the multiple sliding glass doors and ceiling fans to help create a natural airflow.

ABOUT THE CONDO...
This spacious BEACHFRONT corner condo is located on the second floor, which provides incredible views of the resort and of the neighboring island of Molokai. From this unit, you are just steps away from placing your feet in the sand on the famous Kaanapali beach! Here you can swim, snorkel, dive, or take a long beach walk in either direction. You will find misc. beach gear in the closet for your use. From the lanai, you have a view of the beach and will see amazing sunsets in the evening. During the winter months you will see plenty of whale activity!

This one bedroom villa provides OCEAN AND BEACH VIEWS from both the living and bedroom areas. The high vaulted ceilings gives this unit an open and spacious feeling. Several upgrades have been done including new interior paint and flooring, along with a full bathroom remodel. The master provides a Cal-King size bed, along with a flat screen tv and a desk area for those that need to work during your stay. You have plenty of seating in the living room, while watching your favorites shows or movie on a large flat screen tv. The kitchen provides stainless steel appliances; cabinets are well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils for longer stays. You will also find smaller appliances like a dual Cuisinart coffee center, toaster, blender, rice cooker, etc. This unit does provide free Wifi and basic cable. Upon your arrival you will find a basic "starter" set of kitchen and bath items. We do have a strict occupancy level of 2 guests.

LOCATION...
Centrally located in West Maui, you are close to shopping, casual and fine dining restaurant's, along with world-class golfing and several beach activities! Just a couple of miles away you will find a grocery store, the Fish Market, and also the Farmer's Market for local produce for those who prefer to eat at home. Whaler's Village is just a 15 minute walk along the beach boardwalk or you can jump on the Ka'anapali shuttle.
Lahaina town is just a 5 minute drive away and Kapalua is just a little further north.

RESORT...
MKV offers amenities such as 2 swimming pools, a fitness center, beach activities center, and shuttle service to Whalers Village. The Castaway's oceanfront restaurant is also located on property and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. MKV does charge a daily resort fee of $25.00 plus the17.42% HI taxes. This is paid directly to the resort upon your arrival. This also includes parking for one vehicle.

I almost don’t want to tell you how amazing our stay was so that it can be my little secret! This place is amazing! We’ve stayed here a few times and will continue to as much as we can! Everything about the condo, property, and management company are top notch!
